Ingredients:
- 120 ml Coconut milk (freshly made with Milky Plant)
- 100 g Pineapple (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 Banana
- 1-2 teaspoons of maple syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more coconut milk or water to reach your desired consistency.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or creaminess by adding more maple syrup or coconut milk if desired.
- Pour the piña colada smoothie into a glass and serve immediately. Optionally, garnish with a pineapple slice or a cherry for decoration.
