  • 120 ml Coconut milk (freshly made with Milky Plant)
  • 100 g Pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1-2 teaspoons of maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes


  1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more coconut milk or water to reach your desired consistency.
  2. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or creaminess by adding more maple syrup or coconut milk if desired.
  3. Pour the piña colada smoothie into a glass and serve immediately. Optionally, garnish with a pineapple slice or a cherry for decoration.
  4. Enjoy your refreshing piña colada smoothie!
