Ingredients:
- 80ml or 1 scoop dry yellow split peas
- 2 medjool dates (pitted)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions:
Preparing the peas:
- Soak the peas in boiled water for 4-5 hours or in cold water overnight.
- After draining and rinsing the yellow split peas, place them in a pot with 300ml of water. Bring the mixture to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer with the lid on for 15 to 45 minutes, or until the yellow split peas reach a soft consistency.
Preparing the milk:
- Add the ingredients to the blending compartment. Make sure not to pass the Max line.
- Fill up the water tank with clean water.
- Press the start button and wait a couple of minutes for Milky Plant to work its magic.
