  • 90g melted butter, cooled
  • 50g brown sugar
  • 50g caster sugar
  • Pecan pulp (after processed by Milky Plant)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 125g all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 60g chocolate chips
  • 60g chopped pecans
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and caster sugar until no lumps remain.
  4. Add the pecan pulp and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  5. Whisk in the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped pecans.
  7. Use a cookie scoop to scoop the dough and place it onto the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Flatten each ball of dough with your palm into a circle.
  9. Refrigerate the cookie dough on the baking sheet for 20 minutes.
  10. Bake the cookies for 18-20 minutes, or until the edges are very lightly browned.
  11. Let the cookies cool completely before removing them from the baking sheet.
  12. Serve the cookies with the homemade pecan milk.
