Ingredients:
- 60 ml banana
- 30 ml cashews
- 1 shot espresso (30–40 ml)
- Vegan whipping cream (for foam)
- ½ banana, sliced
- 1–2 tsp sugar (for caramelizing)
Use the scoop for cold milk to measure your ingredients accurately.
Instructions:
- Fill the water tank with clean water.
- Select the “0.5 L | Cold Milk” function on your Milky Plant Plus machine.
- Add the banana and cashews to the blending compartment of your Milky Plant. Be careful not to exceed the maximum line.
- Press start and wait a couple of minutes while your Milky Plant makes the fresh cashew–banana milk.
- Pour the freshly made milk into your glass as the first layer.
- Slowly pour the espresso on top
- Whip the vegan cream until foamy and spoon it over the coffee.
- Thread a few banana slices onto a skewer, sprinkle with sugar, and caramelize with a kitchen torch until golden and glossy.
