Strawberry Chia Pudding

Creamy pink cashew strawberry milk turned into a dreamy chia pudding, naturally sweet, protein-rich, and perfect for a healthy, feel-good treat. 🍓

For the Strawberries Milk (in Milky Plant Plus):

  • 1 scoop raw cashews (for a creamy white base)
  • 1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen; if frozen, thaw slightly)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or 1 pitted date 
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

For the Pudding (Manual Mix):

  • 2 scoops chia seedd
  • 350 ml cashew strawberry milk
  • Strawberries

Instructions:

  1. Fill the water tank with clean water.
  2. Select the “0.5 L | Cold Milk” function on your Milky Plant Plus machine.
  3. Add the cashews, strawberries, maple syrup, and vanilla to the blending compartment. Be careful not to exceed the maximum line.
  4. Press start and wait a couple of minutes while your Milky Plant creates a creamy pink strawberry milk.

Mix the Pudding:

  1. Pour 350 ml of the fresh milk into a bowl or jar.
  2. Add the 2 scoops of chia seeds to the milk. Whisk thoroughly immediately to prevent clumping.
  3. Chill & Serve: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) until thick and creamy.
  4. Top with fresh strawberries and enjoy your healthy, protein-rich breakfast or dessert.
