Christmas 2025 invites slower moments and warmer rituals. This gingerbread cacao blends cozy spices and creamy plant milk for a festive sip made for winter nights.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop hazelnuts
  • 20 ml cacao powder
  • 1–2 pinches ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground ginger
  • Vegan whipping cream (for topping)
  • Vegan mini gingerbread cookies (for decoration)

Use the scoop for hot milk to measure your ingredients accurately.

Instructions:

  1. Fill the water tank with clean water.
  2. Select the “0.5 L | Hot Milk” function on your Milky Plant Plus machine.
  3. Add the hazelnuts, cacao powder, cinnamon, and ginger to the blending compartment. Be careful not to exceed the maximum line.
  4. Press start and wait a couple of minutes while your Milky Plant makes the warm, spiced hazelnut cacao milk.
  5. Pour the hot milk into your favorite mug.
  6. Top with whipped vegan cream to create a fluffy layer.
  7. Garnish with vegan mini gingerbread cookies for a festive finish.
