This Banana Flambés Coffee blends creamy cashew-banana milk, bold espresso, and caramelized banana for a festive coffee moment worth savoring.

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml banana
  • 30 ml cashews
  • 1 shot espresso (30–40 ml)
  • Vegan whipping cream (for foam)
  • ½ banana, sliced 
  • 1–2 tsp sugar (for caramelizing)

Use the scoop for cold milk to measure your ingredients accurately.

Instructions:

  1. Fill the water tank with clean water.
  2. Select the “0.5 L | Cold Milk” function on your Milky Plant Plus machine.
  3. Add the banana and cashews to the blending compartment of your Milky Plant. Be careful not to exceed the maximum line.
  4. Press start and wait a couple of minutes while your Milky Plant makes the fresh cashew–banana milk.
  5. Pour the freshly made milk into your glass as the first layer.
  6. Slowly pour the espresso on top
  7. Whip the vegan cream until foamy and spoon it over the coffee.
  8. Thread a few banana slices onto a skewer, sprinkle with sugar, and caramelize with a kitchen torch until golden and glossy.
