Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp ashwagandha powder
  • 60 ml cashews
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave (optional, for sweetness)

Instructions:

  1. Add all the ingredients to the blending compartment of your Milky Plant machine.
  2. Fill the water tank with clean water.
