- 250 ml cashew strawberry milk (freshly made with Milky Plant)
- 1 teaspoon agar agar powder
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, mashed (for topping)
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix the agar agar powder with 1/4 cup of water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to bloom.
- In a small saucepan, add the cashew strawberry milk. Pour in the bloomed agar agar mixture.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat. Stir the mixture continuously until it comes to a boil. Once it reaches a boil, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously to ensure the agar agar is fully dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into serving glasses or molds. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then place it in the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Spoon the mashed strawberries on top of each panna cotta serving.
