Ingredients:
For Strawberry Oat Milk:
- 1 scoop of rolled oats
- About 4-5 strawberries
For Strawberry Chia Pudding:
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- Strawberry oat milk pulp
- 1 cup of strawberry oat milk
To Serve:
- Maple syrup
- Strawberries
- Toasted coconut flakes
Instructions:
For Strawberry Oat Milk:
- Add all the ingredients to the blending compartment. Make sure not to pass the max line.
- Fill up the water tank with clean water.
- Press the start button and wait a couple of minutes for Milky Plant to works its magic.
For Strawberry Chia Pudding:
- In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup of chia seeds, strawberry oat pulp, and 1 cup of strawberry oat milk.
- Mix the ingredients well.
- Allow the mixture to sit for 2 minutes, then mix again until no clumping is visible.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours or overnight, allowing the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken.
Serving:
- Once the chia pudding has set, take it out of the refrigerator.
- Top the pudding with fresh strawberries, toasted coconut flakes, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
- Serve the strawberry oat milk and strawberry chia pudding cold and enjoy this delicious and nutritious treat.
