Spicy Bloody Mary

A fiery autumn twist! This Spicy Bloody Mary blends beetroot, tomato, and jalapeño for a vibrant, refreshing, and energizing seasonal drink.

Ingredients :

  • 50 ml beetroot
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 20 ml jalapeño pepper 
  • Pinch of salt and black pepper, to taste

Use the scoop for cold milk to measure your ingredients accurately.

Instructions:

  1. Remove the sieve from the Milky Plant’s blending compartment.
  2. Add the beetroot, tomato paste, jalapeño pepper, salt, pepper  into the blending compartment. Be careful not to exceed the maximum line.
  3. Fill the water tank with clean water.
  4. Select the "0.5 L l Cold Milk" function on your Milky Plant Plus machine.
  5. Press the start button and wait a couple of minutes for the Milky Plant to blend everything into a smooth Spicy Bloody Mary.
  6. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy a refreshing, seasonal Spicy Bloody Mary.

This recipe is for 500 ml of gazpacho; for 1 liter, double the quantities of the ingredients.
