Ingredients:
- 500ml of almond milk (made with Milky Plant)
- 150g of peeled squash
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- ¼ teaspoon of clove powder
- ½ teaspoon of ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon of cornstarch powder
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
Instructions:
- Blend all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and has no texture.
- Pour the mixture into a small saucepan and stir over medium heat until it thickens (around 10 minutes).
- Let it chill.
- Serve it chilled.
