Ingredients:
- 120ml of pomegranate milk (freshly made with Milky Plant)
- 60 ml of chia seeds
- 120 ml/ a handful of raspberries
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup
Instructions:
- Blend the raspberries and maple syrup together until they form a puree.
- Mix the chia seeds, raspberry puree, and pomegranate milk together in a bowl until well combined.
- To assemble the pudding cups, place the mixture in small glasses, jars, or bowls.
- Let it sit in the fridge for 1 hour.
