Homemade Almond Chocolate Milk & Brownies

Ingredients:

For almond chocolate milk:

  • 65g almonds
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup *optional
  • Water

 For the brownies:

  • 75g dairy free butter
  • 100g dark chocolate
  1. Melt butter and chocolate, and let cool completely.     
  • 60g almond pulp
  • 60g caster sugar
  • 60g brown sugar
  • 100g flour
  • 45g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 60g almond chocolate milk


Instructions:

For almond chocolate milk:

  1. Add ingredients to the blending compartment. Make sure not to pass the Max line.
  2.  Fill up the water tank with clean water.
  3. Press the start button and wait a couple of minutes for Milky Plant to work its magic.

For the brownies:

  1. Melt the butter and chocolate, and let them cool completely.
  2. Add all the ingredients into the chocolate butter mixture and mix until well combined.
  3. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
  4. Prepare a muffin pan and set it aside.
  5. Divide the batter evenly between 6-7 brownies in the muffin pan.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
