Ingredients:
- 80 ml shredded or chopped coconut
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 50 ml hot water
- Ice cubes (optional, for an iced version)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions:
- Add the coconut and maple syrup (if using) to the blending compartment of your Milky Plant machine.
- Fill the water tank with clean water.
- Select the "0.5 l Cold Milk" function on your Milky Plant machine.
- Press the start button and wait a couple of minutes for the Milky Plant to work its magic.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the matcha powder with 50 ml of hot water until smooth and frothy.
- For an iced latte, fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the coconut milk into your glass, then slowly add the whisked matcha on top for a layered effect.
This recipe makes 500 ml; for 1 liter, double the ingredients.
