From Sunshine to Showers: Plant Milk Drinks for Every August Day in the UK

3. Rainy Afternoon Comfort: Turmeric Spiced Latte

Ingredients:

  • 250 ml fresh plant milk (cashew or oat work well)
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • A pinch of ground ginger
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or agave

Instructions:

  1. Heat your fresh plant milk gently in a pan or using your Milky Plant’s hot milk function.
  2. Whisk in the turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and sweetener.
  3. Pour into your favourite mug and get cosy by the window while the rain patters down.
