  1. In a small bowl, mix the agar agar powder with 1/4 cup of water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to bloom.
  2. In a small saucepan, add the cashew strawberry milk. Pour in the bloomed agar agar mixture.
  3. Place the saucepan over medium heat. Stir the mixture continuously until it comes to a boil. Once it reaches a boil, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously to ensure the agar agar is fully dissolved.
  4. Pour the mixture into serving glasses or molds. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then place it in the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Spoon the mashed strawberries on top of each panna cotta serving.
