Ingredients:
For the Raspberry Juice
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
For the Chocolate Covered Raspberry Bites
- 165g raspberries
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- Raspberry pulp (after processed by Milky Plant)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Melted chocolate
Instructions:
For the Raspberry Juice
- Add the ingredients to the blending compartment. Make sure not to exceed the Max line.
- Fill up the water tank with clean water.
- Press the start button and wait a couple of minutes for the Milky Plant to work its magic.
For the Chocolate Covered Raspberry Bites
- Mash 165g raspberries with the back of a fork.
- Add 2 tbsp maple syrup, raspberry pulp, and 2 tbsp chia seeds to the mashed raspberries. Stir until well combined.
- Let the mixture sit on the counter for 5-10 minutes to thicken.
- Add melted chocolate to the molds. Use a spoon to spread the chocolate up the sides of each mold, ensuring the entire inside is evenly coated.
- Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature for 10 minutes, then place in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Fill the molds with the thickened raspberry mixture.
- Seal the molds with more melted chocolate.
- Place the molds in the freezer for 2 hours or until set through.
- Once set, carefully remove the chocolate bites from the molds.
- Enjoy!
