Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup almond pulp (after processed by Milky Plant)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a muffin tin generously with butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, add all the ingredients. Stir until well combined.
  3. Divide the granola mixture among the muffin tin cups. Press the mixture down into each cup so that it comes up the sides to form a bowl shape.
  4. Bake the granola cups for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Allow the granola cups to cool completely before removing them from the pan. Run a sharp knife around the edges of each cup to release it from the pan.
  6. Fill each granola cup with your favorite yogurt and fresh fruit. Enjoy!
