HOW TO USE THE MILKY PLANT?


Step 1 : Unlock the water tank and fill it up until the MAX line with drinkable water. Place the water tank back and lock it back in by clicking the button.


Step 2 : Add ingredients to the blending compartment. You need a total of 80ml of ingredients. Don't pass the MAX line.


Step 3 : Place the lid with the arrow from the insert sign and twist it clockwise until the lock sign. The machine will not switch ON if the lid is not sealed.

Step 4 : Hold the start button for 2 seconds.

Step 5 : Make sure the bottle, filtering sieve and filtering cup are all in place.

Step 6 : Hold the Milky Plant button for the machine to start making your delicious plant milk. The Milk is ready once you hear the beep.

WHERE DOES THE PULP GO?


The pulp is stored in the filtering sieve, and can be used for future recipes or composting. Empty and rinse the filtering sieve straight away after every single use.

HOW TO CLEAN THE MILKY PLANT?


Step 1: To clean remove the filtering sieve. Place the filter cup back on.

Step 2: Make sure the drinkable water level in the water tank is above the MIN line.

Step 3: Place an empty bottle, glass or bowl at Milky Plant’s outlet.

Step 4: If you are not running the cleaning cycle straight after making your plant milk: Make sure the lid is sealed. If it is not, the machine won’t turn ON for safety reasons. 

Step 5: Hold the Start button for 2 seconds.

Step 6: Hold the cleaning button for 2 seconds for the self cleaning function to start. Once done, remove and rinse the lid and filter cup. Let the machine air dry.

HOW TO DEEP CLEAN THE MILKY PLANT?


For best, maintenance deep clean your Milky Plant machine at least once a week.

Step 1: Run the Milky Plant cycle without ingredients. *Can be done with the special Milky Plant washing powder for better results.

Step 2: Remove the silicone from the lid and rinse both parts. *Let them air dry.

Step 3: Remove the filtering sieve and cup, wash them with dishwashing liquid and let them air dry. Remove the drip tray and give it a rinse.

Step 4: Take a damp cloth and gently wipe the Milky Plant. Thoroughly, wipe the top of the sieve part.

TROUBLESHOOTING


What to do in case of E1?.


E1 will appear if :


  • - The water tank is not locked in
  • - There is not enough water in the water tank
  • - The machine did not manage to extract enough water for the right proportion

  • How to fix it?

    Make sure the water tank is locked (the button at the bottom of the machine is up) and the water level in the water tank is above the MIN line. If needed add water and proceed by holding the Milky Plant button for the machine to resume working.

    If the water tank is locked and it has enough water just hold the Milky Plant button for the machine to resume working.

What to do in case of E2?.


 E2 appears in case the sieve has not been properly attached or too many ingredients have been used and the sieve is overflowing.

How to fix it?

Detach the sieve bowl, if needed empty the sieve, reattach the sieve and sieve cup and hold the Milky Plant button for the machine to resume the cycle.


What to do in case of E3?


E3 appears when the sensors from the machine are covered. This can happen after making multiple milks consecutively without running the cleaning cycle.

How to fix it?

Simply open the lid and gently wipe the sensor. Place the lid back on, hold the power button and proceed by holding the Milky Plant button. Wait for the magic to happen.

  • This appliance can be used by children from the age of 13 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
  • Children shall not play with the appliance.
  • Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
  • This appliance shall not be used by children.
  • Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
  • Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
  • Never use accessories which are not recommended by us. They could pose a safety risk to you and might damage the appliance. Only use original and accessories.
  • Always disconnect the Milky Plant from the supply when not in use.
  • The Milky Plant is intended to be used at home.
  • WARRANTY


    The Milky Plant is designed to meet and exceed your expectations for quality and safety. We’ve taken great care to ensure that your machine has been delivered to you in perfect working condition. However, in the event that your Milky Plant malfunctions within 12 months from your date of purchase, and we determine that this is due to faulty workmanship or materials, Milky plant will repair or replace your Machine free of charge.


    The Milky Plant’s warranty is voided if the product is damaged due to:


    • An accident that occurs post-purchase

    • Abuse and misuse (by the terms outlined in this guide)

    • Modification or repair made by anyone other than an authorized Milky Plant Service Centre
