Refreshing Summer Recipes Made with Milky Plant

Summer is the perfect time to indulge in refreshing and nutritious recipes that keep you cool and energized. Milky Plant offers a range of plant-based recipes that are not only delicious but also easy to prepare. Here are some of my favorite summer recipes from Milky Plant that you’ll love!

  1. Pomegranate Punch

Ingredients:

  • 50ml pomegranate seeds
  • 30ml freshly cut orange pieces

Toppings:

  • Mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Maple Syrup
  • 100g pomegranate seeds
  • ½ of an orange, cut into cubes
  • Ice
  • 0.5l Sprite

Instructions:

  • Add the ingredients to the blending compartment, making sure not to exceed the Max line.
  • Fill up the water tank with clean water.
  • Press the start button and wait a couple of minutes for the Milky Plant to work its magic.
  • Pour the beverage made with the Milky Plant into a big jar or punch bowl.
  • Mix in the toppings.
  • Add ice and serve your punch!

This Pomegranate Punch is a vibrant, antioxidant-rich drink that will keep you hydrated and invigorated on hot days.

  1. Coconut Lemon Sorbet

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 scoop of coconut flakes
  • Half of lemon
  • Maple syrup

Instructions:

  • Cut the lemon in half, remove the pulp from each half.
  • Add ingredients to the blending compartment. Make sure not to pass the Max line.
  •  Fill up the water tank with clean water.
  • Press the start button and wait a couple of minutes for Milky Plant to work its magic.
  • Pour the drink into each half of the lemon peel.
  • Let it freeze for 4-6 hours.
  • Enjoy your frozen treat.

The Coconut Lemon Sorbet is a zesty and creamy treat that provides a delightful contrast of flavors, making it a perfect dessert for summer.

Strawberry Kiwi Cashew Milk

Ingredients:

  • 60ml or 1 scoop raw cashews
  • 3 pieces of strawberries
  • 1 kiwi

Instructions:

  • Add the cashews and strawberries to the blending compartment. Make sure not to pass the  Max line.
  • Fill up the water tank with clean water.
  • Press the start button and wait a couple of minutes for Milky Plant to work its magic.
  • In a glass, add the mashed kiwi.
  • Top off your creation with freshly made strawberry cashew milk.
  • Enjoy your drink.

This Strawberry Kiwi Cashew Milk is a creamy, fruity delight that’s perfect for a refreshing snack or a nutritious breakfast drink.

  1. Berry Lemonade

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of blueberries
  • 2 pieces of strawberries
  • half a slice of lemon
  • 1tbsp of maple syrup

Instructions:

  • Add ingredients to the blending compartment. Make sure not to pass the Max line.
  •  Fill up the water tank with clean water.
  • Press the start button and wait a couple of minutes for Milky Plant to work its magic.

  1. Ice Peach Tea

Ingredients:

  • 50ml of peach
  • 30ml of coconut flakes
  • 200 ml any green tea

Instructions:

  • Add the peach and coconut to the blending compartment. Make sure not to exceed the Max line.
  • Fill up the water tank with clean water.
  • Press the start button and wait a couple of minutes for the Milky Plant to work its magic.
  • Stir together 200ml of green tea and the drink made with Milky Plant.
  • Pour in a glass or jar and enjoy.
