Ingredients:
For the cookies:
- 75g butter of choice
- 20g powdered sugar
- 30g hazelnut pulp ( after processed by Milky Plant)
- 20g condensed coconut milk
- 160g all-purpose flour
- 5g cocoa powder
- Red food colouring for the colour
- Cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar. Add in the hazelnut pulp and condensed milk until well combined.
- Add in the flour and mix until a dough forms.
- Remove 50g of the dough, add the red food colouring, mix well, and set aside.
- Add the cocoa powder to the remaining dough and mix until combined.
- Cover and refrigerate the dough for at least 10 minutes.
- Roll out the chilled dough and cut out pieces using a cookie cutter.
- Place the red heart-shaped cookie dough on the bear cookie. Lift up each arm and press it around the heart-shaped dough to look like the bear is hugging the heart.
- Place cookies in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F) and bake the cookies for 16 minutes.
- Allow the cookies to cool completely before enjoying!
