Ingredients:

For the plant milk:

  •  ½ scoop almonds
  • ¼ scoop cashews
  •  ¼ scoop coconut

For the granola cups:

  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 120 g oats
  • 80 g maple syrup (~60 ml)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt
  • Plant pulp (leftover from Milky Plant)

For the topping:

  • Vegan yogurt
  • Fresh berries
  • Nuts (e.g. almonds, cashews)

Instructions:

  1. Fill the water tank with clean water.
  2. Insert the filtering sieve into your Milky Plant Plus.
  3. Select the “0.5 L | Cold Milk” function.
  4. Add the almonds, cashews, and coconut to the blending compartment. Be careful not to exceed the maximum line.
  5. Press start and let your Milky Plant create a creamy plant-based milk.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  7. In a bowl, mix the mashed banana, oats, maple syrup, peanut butter, cinnamon, salt, and plant pulp until well combined.
  8. Divide the mixture into cupcake liners and press it firmly to form small cups.
  9. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and set. Let them cool completely before removing from the molds.
  10. Fill each granola cup with vegan yogurt. Top with fresh berries and nuts.
