For the Lemon Oat Milk:

  • 3 tablespoons oats
  • 3 tablespoons cashews
  • Half of a lemon
For the Lemon Pudding:
  • 300g lemon oat milk (freshly made with Milky Plant)
  • 4g agar agar powder
  • 1/4 cup caster sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • Lemon peels
  • Pinch of turmeric powder for color (*optional)


For the Lemon Oat Milk:

  1. Add ingredients to the blending compartment. Make sure not to pass the  Max line.
  2. Fill up the water tank with clean water.
  3. Press the start button and wait a couple of minutes for Milky Plant to work its magic.

For the Lemon Pudding:

    1.  In a saucepan, combine the oats, cashews, and juice of half a lemon along with 300g of lemon oat milk.
    2. Add agar agar powder, caster sugar, lemon juice, lemon peels, and a pinch of turmeric powder (if using) to the saucepan.
    3. Cook the mixture over medium heat, whisking constantly until all ingredients are dissolved.
    4. Allow the mixture to simmer for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
    5. Pour the mixture into food molds or ramekins.
    6. Refrigerate until set, usually for a few hours.
    7. Once set, serve chilled with your favorite yogurt.
    8. Enjoy your creamy lemon oat milk and lemon pudding!
