Ingredients:
- 1 small beetroot, peeled and chopped
- 20 ml almonds
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions:
- Add all the ingredients to the blending compartment of your Milky Plant machine. Ensure you do not exceed the maximum fill line (80 ml).
- Fill the water tank with clean water.
- Remove the filtering sieve before preparation.
- Select the "0.5 l Cold Milk" function on your Milky Plant Plus machine.
- Press the start button and wait a couple of minutes for the Milky Plant to create your beetroot ashwagandha smoothie.
