Whisk love into your kitchen with Blueberry-Coconut Milk and Almond Milk—create sweet memories this Valentine's Day!
Ingredients:
- 500ml of Blueberry-Coconut Milk
- 2 tbsp of agar agar
- 200ml of Almond Milk (made with Milky Plant)
For Blueberry-Coconut Milk:
- 30ml of blueberries
- 30ml grated coconut
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup
- 1 tbsp of pitaya powder
Instructions:
- Add the blueberries, coconut, pitaya powder, and maple syrup to the blending compartment, making sure not to exceed the Max line.
- Fill up the water tank with clean water.
- Press the start button and wait a couple of minutes for the Milky Plant to work its magic.
- Mix milk with agar agar, bring to a boil, reduce to medium heat, and continue to simmer for about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then pour it into a mold and refrigerate for 1.5 to 2 hours.
- Pour the Almond Milk made with the Milky Plant on top.
