Ingredients:

For the Raspberry Juice

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

For the Chocolate Covered Raspberry Bites

  • 165g raspberries
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • Raspberry pulp (after processed by Milky Plant)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Melted chocolate

Instructions:

For the Raspberry Juice

  • Add the ingredients to the blending compartment. Make sure not to exceed the Max line.
  • Fill up the water tank with clean water.
  • Press the start button and wait a couple of minutes for the Milky Plant to work its magic.

For the Chocolate Covered Raspberry Bites

  1. Mash 165g raspberries with the back of a fork.
  2. Add 2 tbsp maple syrup, raspberry pulp, and 2 tbsp chia seeds to the mashed raspberries. Stir until well combined.
  3. Let the mixture sit on the counter for 5-10 minutes to thicken.
  4. Add melted chocolate to the molds. Use a spoon to spread the chocolate up the sides of each mold, ensuring the entire inside is evenly coated.
  5. Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature for 10 minutes, then place in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  6. Fill the molds with the thickened raspberry mixture.
  7. Seal the molds with more melted chocolate.
  8. Place the molds in the freezer for 2 hours or until set through.
  9. Once set, carefully remove the chocolate bites from the molds.
  10. Enjoy!
