Pumpkin Vegan Egg Nog

Savor the holidays with Christmas Pumpkin Vegan Eggnog—creamy almond milk, spiced squash, and festive flavors in every sip!


  • 500ml of almond milk (made with Milky Plant)
  • 150g of peeled squash
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of clove powder
  • ½ teaspoon of ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cornstarch powder
  •  1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup


  1. Blend all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and has no texture.
  2. Pour the mixture into a small saucepan and stir over medium heat until it thickens (around 10 minutes).
  3. Let it chill.
  4. Serve it chilled.
