Ingredients:
For almond chocolate milk:
- 65g almonds
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup *optional
- Water
For the brownies:
- 75g dairy free butter
- 100g dark chocolate
- Melt butter and chocolate, and let cool completely.
- 60g almond pulp
- 60g caster sugar
- 60g brown sugar
- 100g flour
- 45g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 60g almond chocolate milk
Instructions:
For almond chocolate milk:
- Add ingredients to the blending compartment. Make sure not to pass the Max line.
- Fill up the water tank with clean water.
- Press the start button and wait a couple of minutes for Milky Plant to work its magic.
For the brownies:
- Melt the butter and chocolate, and let them cool completely.
- Add all the ingredients into the chocolate butter mixture and mix until well combined.
- Preheat the oven to 170°C.
- Prepare a muffin pan and set it aside.
- Divide the batter evenly between 6-7 brownies in the muffin pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
