Ingredients:
- 300ml of coconut milk (made with Milky Plant)
- 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar
- 2 teaspoons of ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon of ground nutmeg
- A pinch of ground cloves
Instructions:
- Add all the ingredients to a saucepan and whisk them together over low heat.
- Keep whisking until the sugar dissolves and the mixture begins to thicken (about 5 minutes).
- Blend using an immersion blender.
- Allow the mixture to cool before storing it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The creamer will thicken as it cools.
- Use it to flavor your coffee or tea.
