  1. In a blender, combine 1 cup of plant milk, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, ½ avocado (peeled and pitted), and ½ banana (peeled and sliced).
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more plant milk to reach your desired consistency.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup if desired.
  4. Pour the avocado smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
