Ingredients:

For Strawberry Oat Milk:

  • 1 scoop of rolled oats
  • About 4-5 strawberries

For Strawberry Chia Pudding:

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • Strawberry oat milk pulp
  • 1 cup of strawberry oat milk

To Serve:

  • Maple syrup
  • Strawberries
  • Toasted coconut flakes

Instructions:

For Strawberry Oat Milk:

  1. Add all the ingredients to the blending compartment. Make sure not to pass the max line.
  2. Fill up the water tank with clean water.
  3. Press the start button and wait a couple of minutes for Milky Plant to works its magic.

For Strawberry Chia Pudding:

  1.  In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup of chia seeds, strawberry oat pulp, and 1 cup of strawberry oat milk.
  2. Mix the ingredients well.
  3. Allow the mixture to sit for 2 minutes, then mix again until no clumping is visible.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours or overnight, allowing the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken.

Serving:

  1. Once the chia pudding has set, take it out of the refrigerator.
  2. Top the pudding with fresh strawberries, toasted coconut flakes, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
  3. Serve the strawberry oat milk and strawberry chia pudding cold and enjoy this delicious and nutritious treat.
