Hazelnut Milk & Chocolate Hazelnut Cookies

Indulge in these delightful hazelnut cookies, infused with coconut milk and cocoa powder, adorned with charming red heart accents.

For the cookies:

  • 75g butter of choice
  • 20g powdered sugar
  • 30g hazelnut pulp ( after processed by Milky Plant)
  • 20g condensed coconut milk
  • 160g all-purpose flour
For the colour:
  • 5g cocoa powder
  • Red food colouring for the colour
  1. Cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar. Add in the hazelnut pulp and condensed milk until well combined.
  2. Add in the flour and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Remove 50g of the dough, add the red food colouring, mix well, and set aside.
  4. Add the cocoa powder to the remaining dough and mix until combined.
  5. Cover and refrigerate the dough for at least 10 minutes.
  6. Roll out the chilled dough and cut out pieces using a cookie cutter.
  7. Place the red heart-shaped cookie dough on the bear cookie. Lift up each arm and press it around the heart-shaped dough to look like the bear is hugging the heart.
  8. Place cookies in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  9. Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F) and bake the cookies for 16 minutes.
  10. Allow the cookies to cool completely before enjoying!
