Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup almond pulp (after processed by Milky Plant)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a muffin tin generously with butter or cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, add all the ingredients. Stir until well combined.
- Divide the granola mixture among the muffin tin cups. Press the mixture down into each cup so that it comes up the sides to form a bowl shape.
- Bake the granola cups for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow the granola cups to cool completely before removing them from the pan. Run a sharp knife around the edges of each cup to release it from the pan.
- Fill each granola cup with your favorite yogurt and fresh fruit. Enjoy!
