Coffee Creamer

  • 300ml of coconut milk (made with Milky Plant)
  •  2 tablespoons of coconut sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  •  ¼ teaspoon of ground nutmeg
  • A pinch of ground cloves


  1.  Add all the ingredients to a saucepan and whisk them together over low heat.
  2.  Keep whisking until the sugar dissolves and the mixture begins to thicken (about 5 minutes).
  3.  Blend using an immersion blender.
  4.  Allow the mixture to cool before storing it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The creamer will thicken as it cools.
  5.  Use it to flavor your coffee or tea.
