Ingredients:

  • 1 boiled beet
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 200ml of hemp and macadamia milk (freshly made with Milky Plant)
  • 1 tsp or more of honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Place the peeled beet in a blender with vanilla extract and cinnamon.
  2. Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
  3. Pour half of the milk into the blender with the beet and blend well until smooth, about 5 minutes. Pour into a mug.
  4. Use a milk frother on the remaining milk or blend it in the blender until it becomes foamy.
  5. Gently pour the foamed milk into the mug over the beet mixture while stirring with a spoon.
  6. Stir in sweetener if preferred, and enjoy!
