Ingredients:
- 1/2 tsp ashwagandha powder
- 60 ml cashews
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions:
- Add all the ingredients to the blending compartment of your Milky Plant machine.
- Fill the water tank with clean water.
